Reservation is communal. People say some communities are oppressed so we have to give reservation. But if reservation is stressed on some points alone how can you do justice? An ST candidate who lives in jungles want to become engineer. He comes to city and gets a reservation seat.

But If you want to discard castes you have to consider the welfare of the people . If you say certain communities alone live in such ignorance and competition is not a healthy and it becomes unhealthy then what you have to do is see the slum dwellers in cities ? They neither belong to cities nor jungles. So how can you justify that they are not suffering?

If higher caste people alone have the ability and expertise as you say then appoint the eligible or the ones who are potent. If those communities who are not able to study in spite of human race advancing then why do you disturb them?

Protect their lands protect their rights. If you want to say everyone has to read and write go to those places and make them literate.

What I am saying here is preserve the good. Fight the bad alone. Not disturbing the good. Yes . Ability is there. Talents are there. Efficiency is there. If you choose efficiency and capability then automatically the people who are efficient and cool will come to the power and efficiency rules . Not the beggary.

Try to strive to get what is good and noble. Try to be virtuous rather than opportunistic. If I say don’t take reservations. If I say if Ambedkar left Hinduism and took Buddhism to get himself out of SC communities. If it is so then why did he himself embraced SC ism as religion? I am not criticising him.

If I say this in front of SCs they will get very angry. They retort saying you have each and everything a earning mother and an educated father.

We don’t have any of them before. The point they lack is what is justice? Is it just to do bad things and think evil? No. However the situation is bad dont do bad.

Be merciful. But dont be mad or bad. Now sex mindedness is bad. But then why reservation for women? If you give 50 % to women in every job there is no meaning for it. A woman needs to get married and has to look after her children for a while. She has to spend nearly ten or so year with her children if their number is two. So part time light weight jobs suit women rather a full time and a stressful career like politics where they have to look after the welfare of the people again and again.

If you go on giving reservations to women , Daliths and etc etc then where is the justice? Where is the efficiency?

Society should not move so fast that the old and’toota’ ‘phoota’ are left behind . The lightening fastness neck break speed always kills.

So next time when you ask We want an engineering college Please give preference to a pollutionless and eco friendly project which employs thousands of those uneducated and poor ones too.

So next time when you ask for a medical college or any industry you ask to be an adult literacy program enroller ( a tutor)too.
