The elections happened and voting turnover was very less. Its because of the voter lists. In Andhra Pradesh the voter lists were prepared in such a way that the people who voted for the ruling party alone given a chance to vote. I went to polling booth and didn’t get any chance to vote because I haven’t got my name in the voters list.
I beared the hot sun and went just to vote and I didn’t get even a chance to vote. How horrible it is! Its surprising that how come Mr. Rahul Gandhi know before hand that too before the third phase itself the outcome of the polls is very much surprising. He himself said that there are some young MPs in BJP who are for the nuclear deal. And we all know how it turned to be a vote buying deal. So Jantaaa next time watch out what Mr. Rahul Gandhi says as it is a mischief.
The other thing is that in our politics the behaviour of the politicians. How they behave with the opposition. They make them feel as a non entity. Especially the behaviour shown to Advaniji is very much repulsive.
I don’t understand what the ruling party thinks of itself? A bunch of jokers leading some pappus can it be called a government or party or anything considerable? So surprising.
They don’t respect Advaniji or any democratic institute but at least they can respect the verdict of the janthaa. I advise you janthaa next time when you vote, vote the one who respects your representation.
We have fair looking people leading the nation but not the fair people. All of the allies of the ruling party complain that they behave shabbily towards them. Lalu commented that the ruling party behaved shabbily with him. In the same way Amar Singh commented the treatment meted out to him.
Even then the fourth front didn’t get any lesson it seems . Now too they go to the same people to be kicked.

Why not to respect Advani? After all he is the leader of opposition and people have voted for him. Its democracy here and we have to respect each and every one getting people’s support though. As far as Advani’s past is concerned, we should not forget the congress leader’s involvement in the communal riots.

Ok, i agree that being a senior leader he should get respect but there are factors which put him down in the eyes of the public.
After 26/11, he was asked by the PM to accompany him to Mumbai. Being an opposition leader, or let me say it this way; being the leader of the 40% people who vote for him, he should have visited the place and tell people that he is with them, inspite of pointing fingers at Congress.

First Mary it’s very difficult to decipher from your article what point you are trying to make.
As regards Advani, the stature of a leader is not decided by his height, build and age but by the views he puts forth.
Sadly Mr Advani happens to have very regressive views and has always treated the electorate like a bunch of ill educated morons who can be beguiled by a visual of him atop a Rath.
In the current election he could not generate a single issue that concerns the Citizens of this country. So he got what he deserved.
Like it or not, India has always voted intelligently - 2009 is no exception.

Mary Pa is hopelessly partisan and a partisan disallows his/her eyes and ears to function properly.
It is a fact that it is very difficult in India to share with a political leader or to share with a political party. Everyone has his horrible limitations. Hence it is futile to lament for one ’unsuccessful’ Advani or to dance to the tune of one ’successful’ Monmohon.
It is also a fact that electoral practices in India have serious shortcomings. Despite such a state of affair prevailing in India people here have time and again manifested their collective potentiality to take comparatively wiser decisions. Two example may be cited.

Even God gave mates in other castes too you dump them and marry you own caste. Coming to BJP its not something communal. Its entirely different. How can u say somebody communal when u all marry yu own caste?

I beg to state that I do not nourish malice to anyone and that I am unable to continue a discussion if one does not care to go through the content of my submission or if one is not capable of doing so.
I should humbly state that I feel it uninteresting and futile if a person involved in the arena of discussion has not learned to accept and practice the basic significance of being respectful to one another despite differences.
I should again add that I am a proud Indian in whose veins flow the holy blood of the ancestors who have left a rich tradition of patience, toleration and pluralism and who have never found it necessary to use venom while communicating with their fellow persons.

When independance came many accepted it but the only class looked back for the white skin is middle class. The middle class in INdia is a thotha myna class. So come out of it.
